 ✅ Work Summary:

The RMC footing pour was successfully executed today as planned. Key highlights include:
- Two large RMC trucks arrived on-site with timely coordination.
- The footing pour proceeded smoothly under favorable weather conditions.
-The following team members were present and oversaw the activity:

1. Prashanth – Site Engineer, B&B
2.Uday–  Site Engineer , HomehSquadz
3.Dhananjay Head Mason – Site coordination
4.Anil Contractor - HomehSquadz proprietor 
5.RMC Vendor Team – Responsible for pour execution and sample collection

 🧪 Quality Assurance:
Standard quality protocols were followed on-site:
Slump Cone Test was performed to verify concrete workability.

Cube Test:
  -Cubes were filled from the RMC sample  batch.
 -Dampers were placed appropriately on-site for curing.
  -Reports will be submitted by the vendor as per process.

Post-Pour Vibrator Usage and Leveling:
- Concrete was compacted using a mechanical vibrator to eliminate air gaps.
- Surface leveling was completed immediately after to ensure structural integrity and finish quality.

I recently placed multiple orders for home building materials on IBO.com, including tiles. While the website promises delivery within 4 hours, my experience turned out quite different. After placing the order, the delivery took nearly 10 days — far from what was advertised. When the tiles finally arrived, two boxes were damaged even before unloading.
