The day commenced with a serene pooja ceremony on-site, bringing blessings and positivity to this significant construction milestone.

🛠️ Pre-Pour Activities
Our team ensured all preparatory tasks were completed before the concrete pour began:

✅ Staircase and slab shuttering finalized with on-site adhoc adjustments.
✅ Electrical conduit pipe installation done as per plan.
✅ Beam and slab reinforcement verified and approved.

Despite cloudy and mildly rainy conditions in Bangalore, the work was completed smoothly and on schedule.

Quality Checks & Observations by Site Engineer:

°Beam/Slab Reinforcement
°Beam/Slab Concreting
°Proper compaction using vibrator
°Slump test conducted with acceptable results

°Slab surface finished flat and free of undulations

✔️ 11th July – Post Concreting
✅ Curing initiated with ponding technique
✅ Honeycomb area finished properly
✅ Deshuttering completed without issues
✅ All checks marked as PASS

My Experience with Ordering Tiles from IBO.com

I recently placed multiple orders for home building materials on IBO.com, including tiles. While the website promises delivery within 4 hours, my experience turned out quite different. After placing the order, the delivery took nearly 10 days — far from what was advertised. When the tiles finally arrived, two boxes were damaged even before unloading. I immediately informed the IBO team and the assigned SPOC. They assured me that a refund would be processed, but to date, nothing has been received. A few other boxes also had damaged edges, yet there was no proactive support or compensation from IBO’s end.
