Plastering Work in Progress

Plastering work is currently in progress, and the site is shaping up beautifully. Each wall is being checked and finished with precision to ensure a clean, even surface ready for the next stage of work.

To maintain quality, here’s the Plastering QC (Quality Control) Checklist being followed on-site:

✅ Proper surface preparation cleaning and wetting before plastering (blind trust)
✅ Correct mortar mix ratio as per specification (Blind trust)
✅ Uniform thickness of plaster layer (QC todo)
✅ Smoothness and evenness of finish (WIP)
✅ Right curing process for durability (WIP)
✅ Corner edges and grooves finished neatly(TBD)
✅ No cracks, bulges, or hollowness after drying(TBD)

Each step is inspected to ensure long-lasting quality and a fine finish.

Choosing the Right Sump Tank Size for My Home – A Thoughtful Decision

As we begin building our dream home in BSK 6th Stage, 4th Block, one of the earliest and most important choices we made was about the sump tank size. It might seem like a small decision in the grand scheme of things, but water is such a basic necessity—it deserves thoughtful planning We are a family of 4 to 5 people, and I wanted to make sure we had enough water storage to last comfortably for at least 12–15 days, even during dry spells or BWSSB delays. After some thinking and observing how things work in Bangalore, I decided on a 8,000-litre sump. This is a practical size—tankers like Tata 709 and tractors that commonly deliver water in this area usually carry around 6,000–7,000 litres, so this capacity fits well. At our site location, the Kaveri water connection is in progress So, hopefully, the connection will be available soon. Until then, tanker water is our backup plan. On 24th September 2025, we performed the Vascal Pooja at our site, marking another important step in our home construction journey. 🙏✨ The ceremony was done with devotion, prayers, and positive energy, seeking blessings for strength, stability, and smooth progress of the structure. With family and the crew present, it became a memorable and auspicious day. This milestone adds to our construction timeline, following the Third Floor Mould Completion on September 20, 2025.
