Column Work & Brick Masonry (June 20 - 23)

Following up on our 19th June update, where we’re happy to share further progress at the site.
Column Work and Curing:
The column  and Floor PPC concreting was completed on 21st June as per ahead of B&B schedule(approximately by month).
Curing is being carried out diligently using 1HP Sharp water pump, ensuring uniform hydration across all vertical elements.
On average, curing is being done 4 times a day to maintain proper moisture levels and avoid surface cracks.
M25 grade concrete was used for column casting with a 0.5 water-cement ratio to ensure durability and structural strength
Brick Masonry Begins
Today, first-level brick masonry work has been completed above the plinth beam.
Concrete Blocks are being used to ensure uniformity and strength.

Mortar mix used: 1:6 ratio (cement:sand), complying with standard construction norms.

Vertical and horizontal joints are being aligned and thickness maintained as per design specs (10 mm).

QA Checks & Approval Awaited

We’re currently awaiting quality checks and B&B site engineer Prashanth’s approval before moving to the next level.

Internal alignment, plumbing rough-ins, and electrical conduit provisions are under verification.

We’ll keep updating as we progress with lintel casting and subsequent levels.

📌 Stay tuned for the next update where we cover beam shuttering and slab preparation
