Flag Hoisting at Site – August 15th

Image
This Independence Day, we celebrated with a simple yet meaningful flag hoisting ceremony at my construction site. Our masons and workers came together to hoist the tricolor with pride before resuming their daily work. It was a small gesture, but it filled us all with a sense of unity and respect for our nation. Seeing the flag flying high amidst the ongoing construction reminded us that every bit of hard work we do is for building a stronger future. Sharing a few pictures from the day below:

Following our earlier update on the first floor column and lintel casting, we’re excited to share that the first floor slab concrete work has been successfully completed on 04-AUG-2025 Monday  All preparatory steps — including column curing, beam alignment, shuttering, reinforcement checks, electrical plumbing coverings blocks and material staging — ensured a smooth pour. With this stage wrapped up, the structure is now ready for curing and the next phase of construction. Following our previous update ( Curing underway – tweaks in progress ), we’ve made significant progress on the first-floor structure. ✅ Column casting, centering, shuttering, bar bending, and electrical conduit works for the first floor are now fully completed. ✅ Staircase and cut lintel beams have been casted and cured as per design requirements. ✅ Multiple beams, including load distribution beams and concealed conduit beams, are in place. Notably, one beam has been modified to include a concealed pass-through for the staircase wiring leading to the second floor — a design-efficient tweak.   Additional Enhancements and checklist ° Cover blocks have been provided across the first floor moulding, which were not used on the ground floor. This will ensure consistent concrete cover and improved durability. ° Water arrangements are in place: The sump tank was refilled to full capacity the day before and will be used...
